No Boston pizza-lover's restaurant list is complete without mentioning Pinochio's Pizza and Subs. This Harvard Square icon is known for Sicilian slices but the restaurant also offers the more traditional Neapolitan thin-crust. See it explained here:

The menu includes standard pizza-house fare: a diversity of pizza toppings, subs, salads and dinners at reasonable prices. Note: Though the Sicilian slices/pies are more expensive, they are also far more filling than the average thin crust.

I suggest the veggie sicilian slice. A few bucks makes for a delicious lunch if you ever find yourself in Harvard Square.
